    1. Refurbish the "Welcome to Pine Ave" signs.

      There exists two "Welcome to Pine Ave" signs between 7th and 8th St. It would appear that they have faded and chipped.

      • Organize a Christmas Scavenger-Hunt down Pine Ave.

        Have people come out and discover landmarks and local shops. Everyone either collects an item or stamps a progress card to prove that they were able to solve the puzzles.

        I could imagine the local shops playing along with a scavenger-hunt. Potentially having gift-cards for the winners and samples for everyone who comes out.

        What does everyone else think?

        • Start a Holiday food-drive with the help from local businesses

          The Holidays are a wonderful time to enjoy the company of close friends, family, and our neighborhood. But as economic conditions have been less-than favorable, it presents a wonderful opportunity to share resources with our less-fortunate neighbors.

          Any suggestions on which businesses may be willing to serve as a collection point?
